Wonderland Aussies Receives 2022 Bend Award
Bend Award Program Honors the Achievement
BEND December 11, 2022 -- Wonderland Aussies has been selected for the 2022 Bend Award in the Dog Breeder category by the Bend Award Program.
Each year, the Bend Award Program identifies companies that we believe have achieved exceptional marketing success in their local community and business category. These are local companies that enhance the positive image of small business through service to their customers and our community. These exceptional companies help make the Bend area a great place to live, work and play.
Various sources of information were gathered and analyzed to choose the winners in each category. The 2022 Bend Award Program focuses on quality, not quantity. Winners are determined based on the information gathered both internally by the Bend Award Program and data provided by third parties.
About Bend Award Program
The Bend Award Program is an annual awards program honoring the achievements and accomplishments of local businesses throughout the Bend area. Recognition is given to those companies that have shown the ability to use their best practices and implemented programs to generate competitive advantages and long-term value.
The Bend Award Program was established to recognize the best of local businesses in our community. Our organization works exclusively with local business owners, trade groups, professional associations and other business advertising and marketing groups. Our mission is to recognize the small business community's contributions to the U.S. economy.

Wonderland Aussies is a celebrated, small, ethical, hobby breeder based in Bend, Oregon. We breed American Stock Dog Registry Miniature Australian Shepherds, & our focus is on making the transition from our loving home to yours as effortless as possible. Our driving mission & goal is to breed the best Miniature Australian Shepherds we can, while educating their new owners to ensure these precious babies get the love, care, & attention they deserve & so that their families get the loving, bright, sweet, playful puppy they’ve always dreamed of! These pups are raised as part of our intimate family home life, INSIDE our house (try finding another Aussie breeder who does that other than our mentor!), with our children, their various other pets, their friends & toys & sounds, & our cats. What does this mean for YOU? It means your 8 week old puppy will ALREADY be used to the crazy-hectic sounds of a bustling household—no whining or fear of a vacuum or dishwasher running, no sudden trembling at the sound of a doorbell or loud children’s toy—just a calm, well-adjusted puppy ready to join YOUR family life!
These pups are sold strictly on a limited registration basis—meaning as pet only (no breeding of our pups allowed or legal action WILL be taken), & will come with spay/neuter contracts, unless otherwise discussed with us beforehand & only on rare occasions after an incredibly thorough vetting process. Full registration/breeding rights will be sold for at least $1,000 more, on a co-own basis, and only on a case-by-case situation with additional applicable fees.
We do require a non-refundable deposit that will secure a spot in line on the waiting list for a puppy. After they are born, that place on the waiting list also becomes the order in which you get to choose your pup, so when it comes to placing a deposit with us sooner is usually better than later. If our waitlist is full and there are not enough puppies in a litter leaving you without a puppy — it will roll over to the next future litter, first in line. While we prefer families & individuals to come to our home to meet the parents & pups & see for themselves where they were raised for pick up, we do offer delivery of puppies at the buyers expense—we will fly a puppy if needed, but the buyer pays fees for round trip tickets for the flight nanny. *A NOTE ON SHIPPING PUPPIES*— we will NOT cargo ship a puppy in the belly of a plane. If you’d like to know why that practice is so dangerous & often deadly, feel free to reach out & ask us! We’d be more than happy to explain our reasoning.
